Overview

This website is operated by Panarea Couture LLC d/b/a GreenThread Uniforms, also known as GreenThread School Uniform Solutions (“GreenThread,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related shopping and customer-support services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies referenced below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Purchases and account registration must be completed by a person who is at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Parents and guardians may use the Services on behalf of their children.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account, contact, billing, and shipping information. Please notify us promptly if information relating to an order needs correction.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activities you authorize through your account. Do not share passwords, payment-card security codes, or authentication codes with customer-service representatives or automated agents.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services for lawful shopping, product research, account management, and customer-support purposes.

You must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

• Impersonate another person or submit misleading account or payment information.

• Attempt to access another customer’s information without authorization.

• Introduce malware or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse customers, employees, or service providers.

• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

• Collect personal information about others without authorization.

• Use automated tools in a way that bypasses security controls or disrupts the Services.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits honest reviews, lawful complaints, or communications with regulators or other authorities.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, prices, and availability.

Colors may appear differently depending on your device and display settings. Product photographs may show styling examples or accessories that are not included unless expressly stated.

Products and individual variants may have limited availability. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that every color or size is available for immediate shipment.

We may update or discontinue products and limit quantities for legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law and our obligations for existing orders.

If an item you ordered cannot be supplied as agreed, we will contact you regarding the available options. We will not substitute a different style, color, or size without your agreement.

4. School Collections and Uniform Requirements

School-branded products are intended for the school collection identified in the product listing.

Grade eligibility and uniform requirements may differ by school and style. Please review the applicable collection information and confirm your student’s school and grade when requesting assistance.

An item’s availability or fit does not mean that it is approved for every grade or school. Optional pieces and coordinated layers are not automatically required purchases.

GreenThread does not independently grant exceptions to a school’s dress code. If published product information appears inconsistent with a school requirement, contact support@greenthreaduniforms.com so we can help clarify it.

5. Sizing, Fit Profiles, and Garment Care

Size charts and fitting guidance help customers select appropriate garments but do not guarantee a particular fit.

Body measurements and finished garment measurements are different. Use the chart for the exact product and size category, including Youth, Youth Husky, or Adult where available.

A saved Student Fit Profile reflects the information recorded at the time. Growth, fit preferences, and differences between styles may affect the appropriate size.

Please try garments on before washing or wearing them, keep hang tags attached, and retain each item’s original packaging with its matching barcode until you are satisfied with the fit.

Follow the care instructions on each garment.

Cotton-Piqué Products

Natural cotton may shrink after washing. For cotton-piqué polos and polo dresses, GreenThread recommends considering one size up while reviewing the exact size chart and desired fit.

Ordinary natural-cotton shrinkage is not covered by our standard exchange policy. Reports of unusual shrinkage or possible defects may be submitted to customer support for review.

A shrinkage acknowledgment does not waive rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

6. Prices, Promotions, and Bundles

Product prices and promotions may change for future purchases. The applicable charges for your order will be presented at checkout before payment.

Shipping charges, taxes, and any other applicable fees will be shown or explained before you authorize the transaction.

Promotions apply only during their stated dates and to qualifying products or orders. Discounts cannot be combined unless the offer expressly permits it.

A bundle qualifies according to its published contents, quantities, and selection rules. An arbitrary combination of garments does not automatically qualify.

A display-only bundle, collection image, or placeholder listing is not an offer to supply all pictured garments for a displayed placeholder price.

Purchasing a promotional bundle is optional. A promotional discount alone does not make an item final sale unless that condition was clearly disclosed before purchase.

7. Orders and Payment

Please review your selected products, school branding, colors, sizes, quantities, shipping details, and checkout charges before completing payment.

A saved cart, draft order, or checkout link is not proof of payment or shipment. Inventory is not reserved unless we expressly confirm a reservation.

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order information; it does not establish that merchandise has shipped.

We may review orders for payment authorization, availability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate concerns. If we cannot fulfill an order or must cancel it, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for canceled merchandise, including associated charges where required.

We will not increase the amount charged for an existing order without your authorization.

Payments must be made through an authorized secure payment process. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or authentication codes by email, chat, or telephone.

8. Preorders and Advance Orders

Items identified as preorders or advance orders may not be physically available when purchased.

Any stated arrival or shipping window will be identified in the applicable product or order information. Please distinguish expected inventory arrival from the date an order is expected to ship or reach you.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide notice and offer the options required by law, including agreeing to a delay or canceling the affected unshipped merchandise for a refund.

An out-of-stock item is not automatically available for preorder. Preorders must be expressly offered for the applicable product or variant.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, charges, and available delivery information are provided at checkout or in the applicable order communications.

Carrier transit estimates are estimates unless a service is expressly identified as guaranteed. Creating a shipping label does not by itself mean that the carrier has received the package.

Orders may be fulfilled in separate shipments. We will provide available shipment information so you can identify which items have shipped.

If an order is delayed, missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact support@greenthreaduniforms.com. We will review the available information and assist with appropriate next steps.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates our obligations or your remedies under applicable law.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact support@greenthreaduniforms.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.

Our ability to accommodate a request depends on the order’s processing and fulfillment status. Sending a request does not mean that the change or cancellation has been completed.

Shipping-address changes require verification and review. We cannot guarantee that a package can be redirected after shipment.

If an authorized change affects pricing, discounts, shipping, or taxes, we will explain the adjustment before proceeding.

These procedures do not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please review our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy, which governs standard exchange eligibility, procedures, and fees.

Our standard exchange-request window is 14 calendar days from delivery. Eligible merchandise must meet the conditions stated in that policy.

For ordinary changes of size, color, style, or preference, we offer eligible exchanges or replacements rather than refunds.

This does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law. Incorrect fulfillment, possible defects, and payment discrepancies should be reported to support@greenthreaduniforms.com for review.

12. Customer Support and Automated Assistance

We may provide customer support through human representatives and automated tools, including Bella, our AI voice agent.

Automated assistance may help with product information, sizing guidance, order lookup, and other supported tasks. If an answer appears inaccurate or an issue remains unresolved, contact support@greenthreaduniforms.com for human assistance.

A discussion of an exchange, order change, discount, or other action does not establish that it has been completed. Please rely on the applicable order or action confirmation.

Automated guidance does not alter published policies, confirmed order terms, or rights provided by law.

13. Communications and Mobile Privacy

We may communicate with you about your account, orders, deliveries, exchanges, and customer-support requests using the contact information you provide.

Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent requirements. Agreeing to these Terms or providing a telephone number for an order does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

Personal information and mobile-information handling are governed by our Privacy Policy, including its restrictions on sharing mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent.

14. Third-Party Tools and Websites

The Services may include tools, services, or links supplied by third parties.

Third-party websites and services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Please review them before providing information or completing a transaction.

We do not control independent third-party websites or endorse all content on them merely by providing a link.

This section does not remove GreenThread’s responsibilities for its own products, representations, or obligations under applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

Website content, including GreenThread branding, product photographs, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by GreenThread or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.

School names, logos, and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and use website content for personal shopping and other legally permitted purposes. Except as allowed by law or with written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected content.

Purchasing a garment does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights in its branding or design.

16. Reviews, Suggestions, and Feedback

We welcome honest reviews and constructive feedback.

You remain responsible for ensuring that submissions are accurate to your experience and do not unlawfully disclose another person’s information or infringe another party’s rights.

When you submit a review for publication, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce that review in connection with our products and Services, subject to applicable law. You retain ownership of your content.

Private customer-service communications and Student Fit Profile information are not treated as public reviews merely because you send them to us.

We may remove unlawful content, threats, spam, confidential personal information, or content that infringes another person’s rights. We will not prohibit or penalize an honest review solely because it is negative.

Submitting a product suggestion does not guarantee production, compensation, school approval, or a future release.

17. Errors and Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes, or other omissions in the Services.

If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not charge an increased price or substitute materially different merchandise without your agreement.

If an affected order is canceled, applicable payments will be refunded as required by law.

18. Service Availability and Warranties

We aim to provide useful and reliable Services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, website functionality and optional online tools are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes express product promises, applicable statutory warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GreenThread will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including lost business profits or business opportunities.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this section removes a right to a refund, replacement, or other remedy that applicable law requires.

20. Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use of the Services, intentional misconduct, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not make you responsible for losses caused by GreenThread’s own misconduct or require you to give up rights protected by applicable law.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Suspension or termination does not eliminate obligations relating to existing orders, payments, refunds, privacy rights, or other responsibilities that continue under applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them.

23. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, the policies referenced in them, and the specific terms confirmed for an order form the agreement governing the applicable Services and transaction.

A separate written agreement signed by GreenThread may establish different terms for a school program, manufacturing project, or other business arrangement.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or applicable requirements.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order.
